A. Products & Quality

We supply:

  • Raw shea nuts (farmgate-sourced across Nigeria’s shea belt)
  • Crude shea butter (bulk, export-ready)
  • Semi-industrial butter (mechanically processed, consistent quality)
  • RBD (Refined, Bleached, Deodorized) shea butter (currently in development, with capacity expanding)

Our network spans 20+ states in Nigeria, including major producing areas like Niger, Kwara, Oyo, Kebbi, and Benue. We work closely with women’s cooperatives and local suppliers to ensure sustainable, traceable sourcing.

We adhere to international export standards. Each batch is tested for:

  • Moisture content (max 7%)
  • Free Fatty Acid (FFA) levels
  • Impurities (clean, free from shells and foreign matter)
    Certificates (phytosanitary, SGS, quality reports) are provided with shipments.

Yes. We work with independent inspection agencies such as SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Cotecna upon buyer request. Buyers may also nominate their own inspection partner before shipment.

We currently supply conventional shea products. Organic-certified sourcing is available on request for large-volume buyers, with required certifications and traceability provided.

Yes. We can trace back to specific regions, cooperatives, and collection points. Buyers who prioritize ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) sourcing benefit from our traceability program.

  •  Shea nuts: up to 2 years if stored in cool, dry conditions.
  • Shea butter: 12–18 months if stored in airtight containers, away from sunlight.

B. Packaging & Shipping

  • Crude shea butter: 25kg cartons or 200kg steel drums
  • Shea nuts: 50kg jute/polypropylene bags
    Packaging can be customized to buyer specifications.

Yes — we export to Asia (India, China), Europe (France, Netherlands, Germany), North America (USA, Canada), Russia, and the Middle East. Our shipments leave through Lagos ports (Apapa & Tin Can Island).

Shea nuts are harvested between May–August, but through storage and aggregation, we ensure year-round availability. Butter production is also done continuously to meet demand

Yes. Buyers are welcome to schedule visits to our processing sites or sourcing cooperatives. We assist with planning, logistics, and hospitality.

C. Orders & Payment

  • Simply fill out our [Contact Form] or reach us directly on WhatsApp/email. Our export team will guide you through quotations, contracts, documentation, and shipping.

Samples are available in small quantities (0.5–2kg). While the samples themselves may be free, buyers are requested to cover courier/shipping charges.

  • Shea nuts: typically 2–4 weeks depending on volume
  • Shea butter: 3–6 weeks depending on processing and packaging
    We always confirm lead times before contract signing.


Yes, samples of crude shea butter or nuts are available upon request. Courier charges may apply.

We offer flexible payment options depending on the order volume and buyer profile, including:

  • T/T (Telegraphic Transfer)
  • Irrevocable Letter of Credit (LC)
  • Negotiated terms for long-term contracts
  • Shea nuts: typically 20 metric tons (1 container)
  • Shea butter: from 5 metric tons upward, depending on packaging requirements
  • We also offer pilot/sample quantities for new buyers.

We specialize in bulk exports (containers) but can accommodate smaller orders (5–10MT) for startups, SMEs, or pilot runs in cosmetics/food sectors

D. Logistics & Documentation

Every shipment is accompanied by:

    • Commercial Invoice
    • Packing List
    • Bill of Lading
    • Phytosanitary Certificate
    • Certificate of Origin
    • Inspection Certificate (SGS, if requested)

Yes. We can arrange FOB (Free On Board) Lagos or CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight) to your port of destination. Buyers may also arrange their own freight forwarder.

  • West Africa to Europe: 3–4 weeks shipping
  • To Asia (India/China): 5–6 weeks shipping
  • To USA/Canada: 4–6 weeks shipping

(Processing and documentation add 1–2 weeks before shipment).

E. Sustainability & Community Impact

We partner with local women’s cooperatives, pay fair prices, and adopt zero-deforestation sourcing practices. We are committed to protecting shea parklands and improving livelihoods.

Our core business is shea nuts and butter. However, on request, we may also facilitate sourcing of cocoa, sesame, hibiscus, ginger, or cashew through trusted partners.

F. Miscellaneous / Buyer Support

At present, we offer crude and semi-industrial processing. Our RBD refining facility is in development, and we aim to expand into fractionation and custom formulations for cosmetics and food industries.

Yes. For buyers in cosmetics or retail, we can support customized packaging solutions (labels, branding, carton sizes) depending on volume.

We operate a robust sourcing network across Nigeria’s shea belt, which reduces risk of shortages. Our partnerships with multiple cooperatives and aggregators ensure continuous supply, even in off-peak seasons.

Yes. We supply both spot orders and long-term supply contracts. Many of our buyers prefer 6–12 month contracts to secure stable pricing and availability.
